where did lennox lewis learn to box? canada and the united states (trained in NY as amateur).
what country had nothing to do with making lennox lewis a boxer? britain
what country did he represent in the olympics? canada (twice)
did he have more pro fights in england (18) or north america (24)? north america
where did he train as a pro? usa (kronk)
where did almost all of his most important fights take place? usa (almost entire 2nd 1/2 of career)
where did he retire after boxing? usa
where were his parents from? jamaica
where does he not want to live? england (only really lived there in grade school)
why? because it isn't as good as the united states
btw, he's 50 phucking years old, got knocked out cold in his prime by rahman and mccall,
and hasn't fought in almost 13 years. you nutters have any idea what a 50 year old who
hasn't trained in 13 years looks like in a ring? george foreman was almost 49 when he lost
(debatable decision) to briggs, but he had been training and fighting regularly since 1987
after his 10 year layoff and he had a very economical style (trained by archie moore). you
can't just get out of bed at 50 after 13 years out of the ring and fight for titles.
p.s. as far as seeing 14 year old amateurs better than charles martin, he was 2012 national PAL
champion and runner up at the 2012 national golden gloves facing the same opponent,
so get serious. both of those qualified him for the olympic trials. at best, there were only
a few americans in his division who were better in the amateurs than him. unless you see
lots of 14 year old open division national champions, you don't know what you're talking about.
