Dickens will get one hell of a shellacking if this comes off. There is no way that a guy who gets put down by Barry will last the distance with Rigo. it is not going to happen.

Was already going to this but absolutely buzzing for it now.

His title's won't be on the line of course not, in reality to Rigo and his team I'm sure they see this as a standard keep busy fight (which has the bonus of being in the UK to push the case with Frampton/Quigg) but still we get to see probably the best technician around on our shores.

I know what you getting at and kind of agree if your a champion and your fighting something the titles should be on the line but we both know its just not the done thing in this type of fights.

This should be a 12 rounder. I see no good reason why it shouldn't be.

If the choice was 10 ten round or no fight, then I'd rather the fight happens over ten rounds.

Maybe Warren has done it cos he thinks it gives Jazza more chance of an upset. Jazza was well up against Galahad until around the tenth when he gassed if I remember correctly.

It's irrelevant anyway, didn't Rigo get stripped by the WBA? If he did and it would be 'just' the Ring title on the line, and Dickens beats him, everyone will regard him as 'the man' anyway, in the same way as Tyson Fury.

Don't fret - Dickens has zero chance anyway.

Why would he be worried about being robbed over 12 rounds, but not 10 rounds?

It just seems like a bad choice for Rigo and everyone else.

Fighting over ten rounds to stay busy is perfectly reasonable.
There is a wealth of historical precedence for such fights.
