Other than the fact Hammer has been more active and is ranked higher but really end of the day beating HAmer wont torpedo Parker any higher up the ladder than beating Solo
I don't think there is any comparison between Hammer and Haumono, well there is, a poor one. Apart from Hammer being ranked inside the top 30, he's young, and probably still quite hungry. He's also mixed it with some top level fighters including taking Fury 8 rounds which shouldn't be scoffed at.

This isn't about torpedoing up the rankings, he's already ranked number 1 with the WBO, he needs experience against the top level fighters, and prepare himself for a world title fight.

However Hammer is scheduled to fight Sprott...

Apparently Parker and Hughie Fury are announcing opponents tomorrow, which has led some to speculate that they're fighting each other. While I'd like to see it (I think Parker would win) I don't think it'll happen this soon.

Now that would be a cracking match up, and both fighters would definitely earn some plaudits for doing it. Kind of on the same level as Joshua/Martin. Both made a massive step up in level of opposition and put records on the line. A lot to lose, and a lot to gain.

Duco Sport who said Joshua is next is now quiet on that in New Zealand. I think they're going to take on Haumono to brush up on things. I'm happy they haven't gone straight for Joshua but they shouldn't have advertised that earlier.

Should be easy pickings for Parker over Haumono if it comes off.

Bet Solo's mythical million dollars goes missing in action and is not up for grabs.

Parker will be waiting forever for AJ

First AJ fights winner of fury / klitch which Say he wins he then
has to rematch clause them in which he gets stripped of belt.

Either way Parker would be better off fighting Dillian Whyte in Britian and hopefully knocking himout cold .That will bring
more future value to Parker than fighting some bum of the month.

Im Parker fan but i'm not paying $40 to watch him fight bums when I can watch it free on youtube the next day. But I paid $50 to watch Takam fight live because that was legit fight.

Also if Solowutever gets super lucky punch and wins he becomes mandatory #1 at Joshua? Lmao what a joke . Parker should only be allowed to fight quality fighters who deserve a titleshot
should they win . But alas boxing is corrupt and unfair.

Someone likeJohann Duhaupas would be a better fight

Feel sorry for legit fighters who want title shot as well but
soloman gets chance instead of them why?

I think they see it as a big money fight, one to fill in the blanks and a very winnable fight for Parker. So at this stage it's very likely it'll happen.

I'd like to see Parker vs Martin or Pulev not Whyte. Whytes got to climb the ladder, he's looking at Parker for a pick me up.

Awesome.

I think Haumono who has been chasing Browne and Parker needs a big money fight. If that's the case, then good on him. We all tryin to get rich lol.

Haumono has been virtually gifted a big opportunity here.

Will be funny if Sol tags Parker and knocks him out . It would become a movie , especially if Sol gets to fight for heavy weight championship. Be like a Rocky type movie lol

Sol has sure fallen on his feet landing the fight. Up to him now whether he can make it a contest or not.

Got to admire Parker and Duco for keeping busy.

Only saw Haumono once -- when he obliterated Kyotaro Fujimoto in Japan.

May be past his best, but the guy sure can punch!

If Sol's last outing is any indication, staying on his feet is highly unlikely. I like Sol but i think he has three chances.... slim ,nil and buckleys.

I only said he'd landed on them. Not that he will be on them at the end of the fight
