It isn't any kind of secret. All the promotional stuff names Usher as playing Sugar Ray.
Er..... It's a joke and reference to one of his crap songs

Usher's first album was great, sadly everything he's done since, has been a load of tripe.

It's a lot less interesting now that Gael Garcia Bernal is not going to be involved. I didn't know that had changed.
I read somewhere that De Niro wants to become a property kingpin in NY (was it buying whole restaurant districts) so he tries to make films non-stop for the highest bidder regardless of quality.

What's that deal with Gael Garcia Bernal? Good actor I suspect?

Love Duran. Really hope they show his macho side.
A film were they made him the pantomime villain would be plausible but making SRL the villain wouldn't ring true.
When I think of Duran I think of him in a vest, eating a 20 oz steak with his hands, bag of cash by his feat surrounded by South American beauty's.

That was my hunch. I knew he was in the hotel business so i figured him constantly shitting out garbage films was a means of raising capital for other ventures. Hence why he's crap, not a serious actor dedicated to his craft.

I'd say he put in a fair shift in his earlier career, bit of a waste of his considerable talents though.
