Charles Martin's heavy bag would provide sterner opposition than Mark De Mori would.

Martin looks like the type of gangly incompetent Tommy Morrison used to behead on the USA Network in the 1990s. I wouldn't pick Martin over any heavyweight champion in history.

The 2nd one is more of a back up.... If josh wins in 2nd I get my money back and a bit of a tickle... Wins in first I win twice

I've seen a similar highlight reel of De Mori - yes, he is poor no doubt, but I actually think he does the basics better than Martin. Sure he is not as powerful or as big and would probably get smashed - but I did not realise just how poor Martin is technically. De Mori seems to have better footwork and shot selection and at least tucks the chin in and in general throws more punches.

I honestly reckon Chisora and Whyte beat him quite easily based on that highlight reel and yes, it might even be interesting vs De Mori.

I haven't seen enough of Martin yet to pass judgement properly yet - perhaps his corner are correct when they say "well he looks crap but he is actually excellent".... Frans Botha and Corrie Sanders looked awful beating up low level opposition when they were up and coming and those two didn't turn out half bad (not great, but definitely showed their worth as decent gate keepers).... but my gosh that is awful, he does so many novicy errors.

I really wonder what will the NEXT step for Joshua be. Hearn said to Shannon Briggs that the world title has come to early for Joshua but this is a golden opportunity - seeing more of Martin, you can see why.

Is he going to press on, or will he fight underserving fighters when making defences. Will we see Joshua vs Whyte 2 for the IBF title?

Yeah but you'd get the same if you put 50 quid on 2nd round ko surely at 8-1?

I'd only get £450 if he wins in first if I did it that way... Get £700 this way
