If it's intended to be ironic as another poster said, I agree it's brilliant.

However if he genuinely believes it (which on the basis of subsequent posts it does seem possible) I fear for the mans sanity.

He wasn't 'sticking those out' he's carrying a disgusting amount of fat round his midsection, add to this the now complete absence of pectoral and trapezius muscle and his tube like arms, he's in truly appalling shape.
