Yes he hasn't fought top draw opposition, but he beat the champ to become the champ and has smashed all before him.

I'm not sure what Lee Haskins and Martin Murray have achieved to be higher for example.

I generally wait a few months before taking out retired fighters, as they often change their mind and return to the ring fairly quickly.

Perhaps Warrington and Hall should have re-entered the rankings above Skeete.

Yes, still awful, but a lot easier to sell than Horvath.
