I'd like to see Haye vs Wilder if the Povetkin fight doesn't go ahead.
I think Haye will go down that route now. The reason he wouldn't have before is because if Povetkin won no way would he come over here due to money.
In fact Haye v Duhaupas is a good and doable fight next to get high in those rankings.

If that's the way he want's to go, he'd be as well taking on Stiverne. I reckon Haye stops Bermane quit confidently and it would do ok either side of the Atlantic I reckon

According to Large Dan he has just tweeted the following
Povetkin was negative in VADA tests on 4/7, 4/8, 4/11. Positive on 4/27. Story that substance in system was from 2015 before ban is fantasy.
May be completely wrong but if that's true there is not a chance in hell that Wilder carries on with the fight and again if it's true you can't blame him.
Personal point of view disappointed the fight may well be cancelled but the above if true looks damming.

Has anyone heard any updates on this? Has it been pulled? I wonder if the card will still go ahead if the main fight goes tits up? I was really looking forward to this so I'm gutted at the prospect of it being cancelled but I wouldn't blame Wilder at all. Got to feel for the guy. Seemed very confident in the build up.

Having read a bit about meldonium it really doesn't seem to offer a big enough performance gain to make the risk of taking it worthwhile. At least not since it's been banned. Still if it's banned and in his system, he's responsible.

Not necessarily. Trace amounts of chemicals can not always be detected. In urine test even things like amount of water drunk can affect the concentration of chemicals. If its under the legal limit then it should be OK, I dont think previous test results matter.

I'm convinced that these people are using small doses of Meldonium to mask use of other substances.
