I got it recorded but not watched it yet, sounds like a great fight.
You'll hardly ever go wrong with the Mexicans they almost always deliver.

It was a brawling, head butting fight.. I hated it.. You don't just go in there and wing shots like an amateur.. I like the way Mikey Garcia fought Salido until he let Salido headbutt him in the face.. That's how you do it - like Mikey did it.. Use footwork and the ring space to Jab and hook the crap out of a head first swinger like Salido.. Rip him with select combinations and rights and out-defend him.. Don't let him ram his head into your face and force you into a brawl.. Vargas got deep cuts underneath both eyebrows that put his vision at risk.. Like Robert Garcia kept telling Mikey. "Don't sit there and trade with this MFer. He's trying to get you with his head and we don't need that sht."

There was a ton of skill being displayed in that fight. When you have a Mexican fighter continually coming forward and cutting off the ring like Salido or Marguarito, it's tough for a scientific boxer to keep disciplined for 12 rounds and eventually they have to stop and get wind. Salido had some low blows but Vargas was clearly lunging in with his head throughout the fight and that's why he's got scar tissue over both eyes that will never fully heal and easily be ripped open.

But if you don't like seeing two skilled boxers landing 30 power shots a piece a round then maybe you should get into ujitsu Dance Fighting or whatever it's called.

So let's say I occasionally visit his page to see if he's tweeted anything new, respond to his new tweets with abuse about him not fighting GGG, don't buy any of his PPVs or merchandise, and actively discourage friends, family, and other forum posters from shelling out $$$ for his fights, resulting in a few not ordering them when they initially were.

I'm still a fan of Canelo's simply because I check his tweets?
Well you guys sure do love talking about the guy good or bad its attention.

A lot more people talk about Canelo then bum of the month king ggg so keep that in mind.

You all can pretend like you dont care what Canelo does but you guys will still be there talking about him and team ggg will still know they need Canelo.
Talking about someone because he's ducking can never help in the fight game.

But let me guess you enjoy the way Fury and klitcsko fight?

If you couldn't see the inside skill displayed by Salido and vargas well then boxing is not for you.

Move on.

These guys aren't skilled boxers... There was no skill displayed.. They're bums who should be DQ'd for numerous fouls.. Salido can't win cleanly. Mikey Garcia showed how it's done until Salido flattened his nose with a head-butt. You should get into ujitsu dancing because you sound like a fairy.

So Salido has no skill is what you're saying? I think you just provided an insult way better than i could drum up for you. I think there's a American Idol website you'd have better luck having a sensible discussion with. Such an idiotic statement. Just because Salido plays rough and intelligently gets an edge inside the ring any way he can doesn't mean anything but the fact that he's a genius. It's the ref's responsibility to catch fouls. Anything else is a game within the game.

I love Canelo in long hair. Can you just imagine the Shiit Storm he's dealing with for ducking GGG? After bringing GGG in the ring and saying that he'd fight him right now. Mexicans and pusssies, do not mix. They must be killing him over this Way worse than what they were doing to Cotto.

GOOD! Fans need to do everything we can to get someone to fight GGG. No heart out there. None.

Mexico has produced some of the greats. Particularly at and around bantamweight.
