For someone who alleges such boxing knowledge, you don't even know what a 'pick 'em' is.
These weren't just pick 'em fights you ignorant A-hole... .
Yes, but the thread is about pick 'ems. Not 42-1 underdogs.

Kalani's boxing knowledge is non-existant.
Here's an even money fight that ended in a one-sided hammering.
Tony Sibson vs Alan Minter.
Sibbo was really on a roll but had never beaten a man of Minter's pedigree.
Minter was coming off a split decision loss to world class Mustafa Hamsho and looking for a good win to get back into the title picture.
It was a much awaited fight with no obvious winner.

That was my immediate thought to the thread but having checked the odds, Toney was 6/5 on.

I am not sure whether these are actually "pure" pick'em contests in the truest sense of the word....
...however, the looming and unbeaten Mario Veit was supposedly a threat for Calzaghe and duly got absolutely poleaxed in short-order by Joe in their first meeting and the rematch in Germany (where Veit had supposedly got himself sorted out and had home advantage) simply saw a more prolonged tonking from Calzaghe.
Benn v Watson arguably turned-out against predictions...with Watson adminstering a rather boxing lesson of sorts. Again, I can't recall whether the fight was a pick 'em in the truest sense. Benn I sensed was a favourite but plenty picked Watson as well.

Benn was defo favourite at the time. I picked Watson and won a bet of a putter from a mate of my dads. I recall at the time it was considered a bold bet. Watson was a classy fighter.

Holyfield - Douglas. I just checked Holy was slight favourite (7:5) before the fight (or rather before the weigh in), but not many expected him to dispatch Douglas in no time.

Nigel Benn vs Iran Barkley

Benn should have been DQ'd against Barkley.. He fouled so outrageously it was laughable -- hitting Barkley as he was getting up.. When he was down on all 4's.. and pushing past the referee to hit some more.. It was like Ali Liston II.. A boxer was completely out of control of the referee.

Lewis was only a slight favorite against Tyson and the fight was pretty one-sided.

Lewis was a solid favorite.. Deservedly so.. It was almost impossible for Lewis not to crush the little motor mouth... Mike was fk'd as soon as his signed ... Tyson avoided Lewis for over 10 years.. Do you think that could possibly be because Mike knew his ass was grass whenever they crossed paths???

The subject is Pick 'em Fights That Were Completely One Sided.
Going into the fight, a lot of people picked Tyson.
It was one-sided.

They picked Iron Mike for "sentimental reasons". Not because he had a great shot at beating Lennox Lewis.
Iron Mike was through. He knew it and the experts knew it.

Watching it on the box I couldn't believe how Been wasn't DQ'd. It was a bit of a disgrace to be honest
