Shane Mc is saying two.
If he means 2am uk time ring walk, that 9pm NY which seems a bit early...I've asked Dad.

Could this be about levels, where 2 undefeated champions clash & it suddenly becomes apparent there's a major gulf, like with the Crawford fight last week ? Although I never gave Victor even the remotest chance in that one.

I read Carl say "if I lose.." Last week - WTF ??? Not what we wanna hear. I'm 100% he never said anything like that before the Quigg fight....
allegedly say programme starts at 2
2.10- Harrison v Rabchenko
3.10- Garcia Rojas
4.10- Sant Cruz v Frampton

I have to be in NYC for a meeting on Monday. My wife and kids are visiting her folks in Denmark. So only one thing to do, fly to the Apple on Saturday instead and go to the fight.

Anyone else from here going? Can't see Frampton pulling it off, think he will lose pretty clearly on points, but I will be delighted to be wrong.

I'm officially jealous  Will you get a ticket no probs?

I'm slightly edging LSC but let's be honest stranger things have happened. Frampton if he is at his best is more than capable but it's going to take a career best performance. I'm a bit worried that if it's a close one Carl won't get a fair shake.

Loynsey will have a better seat than Barry McGuigan. For free...

bloody hell, perfect weekend - get an early flight, day in the big apple, then make you way over to the venue slowly, via a series of quality Irish pubs...

I'm keeping an eye out for Graham Houston's preview, probably on the BM website after the weigh in...I guess he'll go LSC, but the X factor is if a determined CF can land and hurt the fairly open Mexican as he charges forward...then it's anyone's fight.

As long as he's not next to McGuigan! That would be most irritating!

I think Feather will suit him and I also think LSCs come forward style will see Carl having some success. He's a good counter puncher so I'd like to see him hurt LSC early. Carl was troubled by Quigg when he eventually started to pour forward and LSC can do that all night. Hopefully they have an intelligent game plan and can frustrate LSC and make him take some chances then counter. Discipline is they key for Carl in this fight.

I slightly favour LSC because Carl has been way below his best in his last two fights but I'm hoping the extra weight will see Carl back to his best. I think he's struggled at SB recently. Can't wait for Saturday. I'll definitely be staying up. Some strong coffees and breaking in to the kids haribos to keep me awake :yay:
starmix i take it?

Either 7-11ish or 8-12ish so not too bad bud. Still a pain in the arse if you're up all night. Not drinking though so should be ok.

Skittles is what does it for me.

Always have a bag in the house for big overnight events and take a smaller emergency packet when there live just in case things run late.

I like a wine gum myself. We have a proper old skool sweet shop round the road that does sherbet lemons, pineapple chunks, acid drops, pear drops etc. all that good shit. I might go in later actually, get some of them sweet peanut jobbies. Under the pretence I'm picking up sweets for the kids obv

Yep, that's precisely the plan!

That pretty much sums up my thoughts. Frampton can punch, and like anyone who moves up a weight, he's claiming he will be stronger at the new weight, but LSC is a swarmer.

LSC looks solid, Frampton doesn't.

Aye it starts at 6 mate. There's a stream on their website if you just go to the boxing section. I'll be tuning in from 6.

The BN coverage from New York doesn't start til 2am and I was keen to see Josh Taylor. You reckon you'll be able to pick the undercard up on Kodi?
