No. But I find it hilarious a fighter is allowed to fight considering he's suffering from some pretty severe mental issues (Briggs? who mentioned Briggs?

RJJ lost his prime after he won the HW title. When he went back down to the LHW division, losing 25 pounds did take a toll on his career which is very believable.
Prime RJJ would defeat anyone that is put infront of him.
