If Chrisora turns up switched on he wins easily, Whyte has got far too much hype for rocking AJ in a fight he was otherwise dominated. I think the level he is really at was shown againt's Dave Allen and Chisora's experience will prove too much in the end.

Whyte reminds me of a young Chisora. Both of them have a rough n' tumble style and there's no doubt that both of them can punch.
This fight is a good, competitive match-up so I applaud Match Room for making it.

But I go back and forth in my mind as to who I think will win. To be honest, I'm not really all that bothered, I'm not a fan of either man - but I['m really hoping that both of them bring their aggression to the ring and open-up on each other.

It could potentially be wildly exciting - like a Eubank vs Benn fight. Particularly if neither man take a backward step and neither give an inch.

It's a tough one for me too.

Both of them seem averse to getting into tip-top shape, so much so that they get praised to the hilt when their man boobs are slightly smaller than their last respective outing!

I'm inclined to lean towards Whyte as I see Chisora as a busted flush, plus he can't punch, but it wouldn't surprise me if he outworked Whyte in a scrappy 10 rounder.

I would predict it will be a close run thing, bur the more I think of it, the more I am imagining Chisora beating him up a little bit!

I'll go with Whyte, younger and fresher, and more motivated, though it would be fairly close.

I also think that Whyte has better handspeed than Chisora , but there again that's not saying much as even in his prime Chisora was a tough old plodder.

Whytes condition has improved massively since he fought AJ and he had a very good work rate against Dave Allen I think he beats Chisora in 6/7 rounds the build up and fight will be great entertainment.

I thought that too about his work rate , but it seemed on here most people thought his performance wasn't good , I thought he did ok as Allen is a tough lad.

Chisora on points, and it looks like plenty agree with me.

They're both tough lads but Whyte's KO at the hands of Joshua was more brutal than Chisora's at the hands of Haye, and Chisora's chin is much more proven at the highest level. Who has Whyte fought and survived against like Chisora has? Chisora is not heavy handed but Whyte's power is overrated. Neither is a great boxer and Del always does the same thing, but Whyte is sloppier and is more of an emotional fighter than Chisora. Chisora is a proven twelve round fighter. We have seen Whyte do ten. I like Dillian but he is hugely overrated, won't do much beyond European level. Nothing wrong with that and it's good to have characters but I think Delboy might just have one last decent performance in him. Whyte is not Pulev, who can actually box.

So yeah, I can see close win for Del on points. But they'll probably give it to Whyte because the rematch is more marketable.

Did you see what Whyte did to Nascimento versus Chisora who beat him on points looking shite in the process. Also, would you say Parkers power is overrated? The reason I ask is because Whyte and Parker have quite a few common opponents and Whyte has beaten all of them in quicker fashion if memory serves me correct.

Chisora also took 30 seconds to stop a guy who went 4 with Whyte, and Edmund Gerber stopped Minto faster than anyone has.

Whyte may well hit harder than Parker (though he's significantly slower and quiet sloppy), but he tends to fight common opponents after Parker and others have already beaten them up a bunch; I don't think he's defeated a top 75 opponent, and though Chisora isn't at his peak he'd be Whyte's best win by miles.

Not to mention Whyte is usually a lot more desperate for a knockout than Parker, who seems much more happy to win on point instead of swinging at his opponent. I don't think that's bad a at all.

Yeah. Exactly. I watched that fight (it was the undercard of Brown-Chagaev wasn't it I think?) and thought, "holy shit maybe Dillian Whyte is AWFUL" as I only knew Gerber as a bum fed to Chisora. It almost made me put a bet on Charles Martin. I've been waiting for Whyte to show he's actually quite good since and it he hasn't yet. I wouldn't pick him with confidence over anybody half decent.

Chisora for me. Most likely on points.

Chisora's more skilful, there's probably not much in it fitness-wise, and Whyte's fresher. I went for Whyte by UD on the poll, but I wouldn't be surprised if either one dominated the other. I just feel that Whyte has more venom at this stage, and if he can make his longer reach pay without getting countered, he should be able to tempt Chisora into a losing hug- or slugfest. But then maybe Del busts him up on the inside... I'd watch it.
