Ryabinsky hinted about filing a law suit on May 31st, almost two weeks before DiBella filing his suit.

It's not racist, there are also more intelligent ones who don't fall for Wilder and his team their lies. Somehow the dumber ones do fall for it, you can see it all over youtube if you like.

It’s impossible to “countersue” someone whilst there isn’t a pending lawsuit against yourself.

Here’s what I stated… and is technically and irrefutably correct:

I don’t need to research the matter further, because my original statement is correct and remains unchallenged. :TU:

Fact remains, everybody knew Wilder and his team were getting brought to court, so if he then suddenly starts to sue Ryabinsky you should have known it's a desperate action of a pussy with barely any options left, a reaction to that what he couldn't avoid. A countersuit, unlike Ryabinsky who simply kept his word. Wilder his desperate reaction had nothing to do with it, the subject is completely different. Ryabinsky never countersuited at all.

Yes, Wilder filed an actual suit first, but Ryabinsky tweeted that he is going to sue before that.

If everything I've heard is correct, aren't the testing agencies 100% to blame?

Common Sense Check
1. Your opponent failed a drug test.
2. You're not going to fight him.

That's the route 99.9999% of humans would take.
Because it is common sense.

Several of you idiots here are trying to make this into a Wilder thing.
He's not a scientist. How much knowledge of advanced chemistry do you think he has?
How much knowledge of advanced chemistry does 99% of the world have?

If everything is true, then it's the testing company's fault.
Their error led Wilder/Stiverne to do the logical thing.

If you think that Deontay Wilder is scheming, or even in the room scheming on these things,
YOU ARE A DICK HEAD.
This is some complete bullsh!t at the higher levels that continue to show boxing is a broken system.

Point is that Wilder probably knew weeks and weeks beforehand that the Povetkin fight would never happen. That's why he ducked Povetkin all the time till all of a sudden he wanted to fight him?! And on top of that, also had absolutely no problems any more with fighting in Russia! He only begged at the WBC if they could guarantee Wada testing. Then, right after Wada their mistake begged for the fight to be cancelled instead of delayed, instead of asking for a good investigation.
This is also why Wilder was more fat and out of shape then ever before, as well as ever since. It's no wonder he injured himself against Arreola soon after.
And also lost the weight again, he only gained that because he hasn't trained for ages.

This article shows you the reasons for all the skullduggery of VADA and the WBC... They didn't want Ryabinsky to outbid American promoters for lucrative Heavyweight Championshp Fights... they don't want to lose North America's last claim to a Heavyweight Championship... and they don't want Russia to to stabilize itself as a major venue to stage World Heavyweight Championship Fights -- or Title Fights in general.

So why the eff WBC need VADA to avoid Povetkin?

WBO, WBA and IBF just ignore him, it's easy.. WBC could easily do the same.

Because that's quite sad behaviour.
Oh, he's better then me? Oh, let's just act like he doesn't exist!
As a sportman you simply shouldn't be that sad, Povetkin is a better boxer as Deontay Wilder, and the Americans should simply admit it. Also note, that once you're a champion or mandatory you're automatically out of all the other belts. Has nothing to do with ignoring.

There is nothing frivolous about being defamed by DiBella and Wilder... Those bastards need to pay through the nose... The WBC is worried because The WBC and VADA are the next obvious targets of lawsuits from Povetkin and Ryabinsky... Those filthy, lying, crooked bastards should get tossed in the slammer.

And yes it's a threat... The jackasses at the WBC are so arrogant they think they can scare Povetkin into dropping his lawsuits versus Wilder and DiBella.. Not a chance.. It's time the miserable crooks in Boxing start paying for their partisan schemes, manipulation, and fix jobs.. The WBC got with VADA and are forcing all it's champions and challengers to take VADA testing even though the V in VADA stands for "voluntary" ... They're a rip off of WADA.
