Lawal is decent, but so small. I actually thought he was Liborio Solis when he was coming to the ring...

Did we just hear Paul Smith talk in the 3rd person about how Paul smith would punch through the opponent?

Another sluggish performance from Murray, he looked flat from the start and was throwing arm punches all night, even his body shots had no intent and his weight distribution was all wrong when letting some of them go,he was leaning back and he was punching like his hands were in treacle throughout, he did win though and the ref let Lawal away with dangerous use of the head, you've got to give Lawal credit he came to win but was just to small,he did well to recover from the 9th round and even stunned Murray afterwards

Only caught the end of that but Lawal looks like a tough cookie to last the 12 rounds on 3 days notice.

I want to see Murray in to test Callum Smith or to beat up Paul Smith next. Either will do.
Wouldn't mind seeing Lawal in with Jamie Cox next, be a decent test for him...

He'd still be a pretty raw, and awkward guy, but his punches seemed to have a fair amount of pop against Murray so at 154 he may be a legitimately dangerous puncher. I still think the divisions top guys would be too much for him, but he's a live guy no doubt.

Jamie Cox beats Martin Murray all day long.
Martin Murray is dreadful and should retire. He has no place left at MW or SMW. It is a shame Cox isn't fighting Blackledge otherwise I'd have £5,000 on a Cox win.
The Nigerian Midget should go down to 154lbs and fight Liam
