The principle of outing fighters after one year is to keep the rankings full with eligible (15) fighters. In a few weeks time Tyson Fury, Wlad an Povetkin will all strictly be inactive.
But Povetkin and Wlad have fights scheduled. Their inactivity was not by their own doing.

Topic A - How are the rankings affected by Tyson Fury giving up all of his belts after testing positive to a banned substance?

My vote: Fury to #1

Topic B - How are the rankings affected by Joseph Parker's KO3 win over Alexander Dimitrenko?

My vote: Parker to #6

Topic C - How are the rankings affected by Dereck Chisora's KO2 win over Drazan Janjanin?

My vote: Chisora remains at #14

Also, Scott should be kicked out of competition as well I understood last time, Jun Long Zhang and Whyte/Miller can get in imo.

He has no scheduled opponent, but I expect he'll find a willing journeyman before too long.

Votes have been tallied. Parker improves to #6, Chisora remains at #14. An equal number of voters wanted Fury in and out, so I've decided to name him Champion in recess until he has been inactive for one year, then there will be another vote on his ranking.

Champion in Recess: Tyson Fury
1. Wladimir Klitschko
2. Alexander Povetkin
3. Deontay Wilder
4. Luis Ortiz
5. Kubrat Pulev
6. Joseph Parker
7. Anthony Joshua
8. Bryant Jennings
9. Carlos Takam
10. Vyacheslav Glazkov
11. Lucas Browne
12. Bermane Stiverne
13. Artur Szpilka
14. Dereck Chisora
15. Malik Scott

He is, but I can't vote on him. Sadly, most of the people here make wrong votes and that's why these rankings make so less sense. If someone put him on rank 10, while he should be rank 5, it's the best to say he's rank 1, so the avarage will be rank 5 or 6. I admit Joshua is the best, but Parker is probably better as Wilder for example as well.
For AJ it's the same story, people continually fill in the wrong spot for him.

If Joshua fights Price next he has no business anywhere near the top 5.

There are at least 5 heavyweights with better wins than Joshua. I won't bother naming them as you'll try and refusely deny it as you always do. I like Joshua but fighting Price as a second defence of your world title is disgraceful. The guy isn't even top 40. Fight a Pulev and get the win then he's top 5.

Scott's ranking was not up for vote - the only way he could have been out of the list would be if a different fighter entered the list. You proposed Jun Long Zhang a while ago, but no one second the motion, so we didn't have a topic for it. Scott will have been inactive for a year on the 30th of October, if which case his ranking will be up for vote, but I expect most people would rather wait until he fights Luis Ortiz before voting on him.

I'd like to see Glazkov out, but most voted to treat his injury loss to Martin as a NC, so his ranking wasn't affected. He'll have been inactive for a year in January, so we can vote on his ranking then.

You can only vote on a fighter's ranking when there is a topic made, after they fight. No way in hell should Joshua be the champion - Wlad was the dominant champion for years and Fury beat him, so at the moment it's either Fury, Wlad or no one.
