We'll done to Frampton, securing the big fights.

Good opposition, Kiko twice, Gonzalez Jr, Quigg and a Santa Cruz rivalry.

Think Frampton will need to fix that wide right hand; he's terrifically accurate with the uppercut but sometimes it looks like he has no coordination with the right cross. Santa Cruz could clock him with a left hook.

I wanted this to be in Belfast so I could go and watch it :verysad:

But glad the fight is being made. I'm going to buck the trend and say Santa Cruz wins this time.

Looks like it's going to be Mikey Garcia V Zlaticanin in the co-feature.

If Carl has learned from his mistakes, this could be a thoroughly conclusive performance from him...
Does Carl learn from mistakes? He did the same thing with Quigg in his previous fight to LSC.

That's Main Event worthy in it's own right. Zlaticanin is gonna surprise a lot of people in that one.

I think so.
I recently listened to an interview of his where he said that he wanted 5/6 more fights over the next 2/3 years then he was done with the sport.

I trust that Carl is intelligent enough to realise that that continually getting in to firefights with his opponents. It gives them a greater chance of victory against him, especially considering his height & him moving up weights.

But we shall see...

Cant wait for this fight and the whole card actually is pretty mega,i'll be staying up for this one

I think it will be another great fight, both guys have been favs of mine for a while, I actually agreed with the judge who had it a draw 1st time around, Frampton had a great start and staggered Santa Cruz in the 2nd on my card it was pretty much nip/tuck all the way through, I thought Leo probably would've got the benenfit in the closer rounds but TBF most people had Carl the winner so I was glad he got it and I was also glad he made a lot of fans across the pond who now appreciate just how good a fighter he is,he has it all really(apart from height and reach) which he makes up for by his boxing brain, strength and tenacity, I didn't think Santa Cruz was as busy as he usually is last time so ive gotta give Frampton credit for that, maybe Carl was the 1st fighter Leo had been in with who was that strong and that played a part in making LSC think twice before just bustling away at Frampton

I think Frampton can win this fight easier than than the 1st time if he sticks to boxing instead of fighting sometimes, Santa Cruz will fight as he always does but Carl has more in his armoury that Leo, a lot of people think Frampton was poorer in the Martinez rematch because Kiko lasted the course but in all honesty,Frampton kept it a bit more simple 2nd time around and won without fuss

If Frampton feels he has proven a point in outfighting Santa Cruz last time then he wont worry too much about playing it safe this time but if Santa Cruz can land flush early then Frampton might find himself fighting the exact same fight as last time and if that happens then I couldn't rule out Santa Cruz taking it on the cards

But I'm going with the Jackal points

LSC by late stoppage this time around.

I'm a Frampton fan too, but I think LSC will up his game somewhat and seems to have a little more in his favour this time around.

I'm not into betting, never gambled in my life but earlier today I overheard a few lads talking about odds, accumulators etc so I had a look into a boxing bet..

Frampton decision
Garcia KO/TKO
Selby decision

8.5/1, worth a tenner?
