Who's caring? Haye's a sideshow , a night out for the young generation ( but granted, he's a very effective con man) against Bellew who's great entertainment but a limited cruiserweight.

This reminds me of a match up between Benedict Cumberbatch and Brad Pitt as a charity showdown just prior to the final episode of Strictly Come dancing. The wife and my daughters would watch it and ask afterwards if they are REALLY the best boxers in the world. ( Pitt and Cumberbatch I mean !!)

I can just see Haye laughing himself senseless at how much money people are prepared to part with.

Yep this, does he have some situation we don't know about that means this is his last fight anyway? Big final pay day? Haye sparked out a seriously tough guy in Chisora what makes Bellew think he's going to be able to avoid those punches or take them? I just don't get it, there's confidence and there's lunacy, I know which one this looks like. Especially since for all it was an awful fight Klitschko did hit Haye a couple of times and didn't have him in particular trouble, Bellew being around long enough to hit Haye enough times to take him out? Just not sure.

Anyone buying this on PPV needs their head examined. Bellew will get ko'd within 2 rounds and the full fight will be on YouTube within minutes.

Yeah make sure you check the antepost rules mate as we all know Haye has a history of handing in the sick note

Spot on. Another laughable mismatch in the space of 3 days from Sir Edward.

But, but.....

“This is just a huge, huge fight,” said Eddie Hearn. “One of the best Heavyweights in the world against the best Cruiserweight in the world. An explosion of concussive punchers riddled with bad blood and desperate to score a knockout victory. The build-up will be electric as will fight night, I like millions of fight fans around the world cannot wait!

This is quite simply a must-see fight,” said Adam Smith, Sky Sports’ Head of Boxing Two of the biggest personalities and punchers in world boxing will collide in a cracking confrontation which has everything. Both men have been fantastic pundits for us in 2016 and it’s fitting that we’ll show their heavyweight bout exclusively live in what should be a rocking O2 Arena.”

Is Bellew really on the same level as Haye when it comes to punching power, I know he's scored some good stoppages over his career but I've never been convinced he's a destructive puncher at the highest level whereas any time you see Haye fight you get the feeling if he lands decently the other guy is in big trouble. Maybe that is just my reading of it?

I don't think he's anywhere close.

Bellew is a good puncher, but a 58% KO rate and needing KOs in the final round to finish off guys like Brudov and Bacurin is proof that he's nowhere near Haye's level. He's a good puncher but far from elite.

This will be a replica of the Haye v Maccarinelli fight. First round Haye will have a look. Second round he'll let the bombs go and Bellew will be knocked cold. Total mismatch.

isn't it if you win the title at another weight, Brook for example still has his welter title
