Whyte mentioned something on Price's twitter about if he had lost to a drug cheat he'd be chomping at the bit to smash him up. It was after Thompson had called out Price for the trilogy.

Prices response was along the lines of 'usually I would but he doesn't deserve it' I think. Says it all really.

He's a big lump with a big punch. Problem is, his jab is terrible for his size, he doesn't utilise his size at all ( he hunches over and makes himself fairly easy to hit ) and his defence consists of simply being bigger than his opponent. People talk as if he's some real unfulfilled super talent. Look at his basics, take away his punch and he would do well to win a Lonsdale outright.

He seems a lovely fella and it's easy to wish that he'd have cracked it but look back to the amateur days. Camarelle couldn't touch Povetkin in the unpaid ranks, yet he completely destroyed Pricey. That's with head guards and the old style fencing style points scoring. Didn't Stiverne take his head off too? Helenius out pointed him also and he's never been anything special.

Teper and Thompson do him every time. And he knows it.

Unfortunately the ending at 20.00 onwards shows him completely gassed and turning away in the corner and relieved to be halted by the referee during Thompson II.

I can't see him swapping leather for 12 rounds like Chisora vs Whyte did, as that was during the 5th round.
