Certainly not. These rankings are a ten year work-in-progress, I'm not going to disrespect everyone's efforts in voting for the past decade and start again fresh.
I need to apologise - I misread your post and thought you were suggesting we completely scrap the rankings and start again fresh. The way Lennox has submitted his vote is acceptable, as he had not re-arranged the existing order, except for the fighters involved in this post and the rest have simply shuffled up or down to accommodate them:
Champion in Recess: Tyson Fury
1. Wladimir Klitschko
2. Alexander Povetkin
3. Anthony Joshua <up from 7>
4. Deontay Wilder
5. Joseph Parker <up from 6>
6. Luis Ortiz
7. Kubrat Pulev
8. Bryant Jennings
9. Carlos Takam
10. Vyacheslav Glazkov
11. Lucas Browne
12. Bermane Stiverne
13. Dillian Whyte <new>
14. Dereck Chisora
15. Arthur Spilka

Note: This topic is for voting on the rankings of Pulev, Peter, Parker, Ruiz, Whyte, Chisora, Joshua, Molina, Ortiz and Allen. Posting your own top 15 will not count as a vote. Please cast your vote in the manner that I have done above.
This will create a new rankings of:

You may well get your wish soon - Glazkov is approaching a year of inactivity, Stiverne is fighting next weekend and I need to make a topic for Browne who has failed a second drug test.

A. Pulev to #8, Peter unranked
Sam Peter doesn't count as a win as he himself hasn't won a real fight since 2010 (Nagy Aguilera). Pulev won a split vs. Chisora just like Whyte.
B. Parker to #5, Ruiz to #13
The biggest win of the bunch obvious, but it was really close. Ruiz deserves in to push out some of the lower rankers
C. Whyte to #12, Chisora unranked
Another really close bout but Whyte should push Chisora out of the rankings, as Chisora hasn't beat a decent opponent in almost 3 years.
D. Joshua to #4, Molina unranked
Beat Molina worse than Wilder did I guess?
E. Ortiz to #6, Allen unranked
For the first time in a long time there are more guys deserving of top 5 than there are spots. How bout that?

On that basis you have elevated Jennings up to 7 despite the fact that he has not won a fight in nearly two and a half years, yet you chopped out Chisora entirely for his close performance against Whyte. Do you want to think again or stick?

Dang! I didn't know individual votes got such scrutiny here!
First off, I didn't elevate anyone with my single vote, it will be aggregated with the rest I assume, and I doubt Jennings will move up because of me.
Second, I simply moved the fighters in question to where I think they belong within the entire group. Jennings wouldn't even be in my top 10 but I can't address Jennings, can I? I didn't worry about who would move into other slots if I had Czar-like power over the results.
Also, I don't believe Jennings gets put at #7 even in my vote. Pulev gets a vote at #8, and Jennings isn't addressed. The voting doesn't create a new top 15 per vote--correct me if I'm wrong--but the votes for all the "fighters in question" are averaged and then distributed throughout the already-established list. Jennings does not get a vote to move to #7, he stays at #8 unless others drop behind him. My vote for Pulev at #8 can't even contribute to Pulev averaging worse that 8th.
Anyway, i notice that you couldn't even be pissed to follow the proper voting format, yet you're calling me out!

Someone is more than welcome to start one up using my methodology, or their own. I'm not going to do it though, one division is enough for me!
