The main event sells itself, so no need to put on a decent undercard. And if there is no need, it won't happen as the promoter understandably won't waste the money. That's the difference between Joshua v Klitschko, which would sell even if there was no undercard whatsoever, and Joshua v Molina which needed decent fights underneath it as it didn't stand up on its own as a PPV fight.

My first thought was that isn't strong enough for a PPV main event but to be honest, if I knew that both guys would be getting a good share of the PPV fee I'd gladly pay to see them at it again, whatever they got paid on Saturday it wasn't enough. I imagine Molina got more than the pair of them.

Unfortunately, and this has already been touched on, there will be a pretty underwhelming undercard at Wembley. The reason this one was stacked (which really it wasn't what expensive of a card) was because the main attraction was so poor. With Joshua vs Klitchko being the main event, it will be quids in for the main event, and that's about it. We may see one, maybe two, decent under card fights, but seeing a world heavyweight fight as an undercard fight is beyond dreaming.

The March 4 PPV needs stacking first, can see TBA being busy

Guys it's going to be a weak undercard. Eddie Hearn has said as much.

Whyte/Chisora II (if it happens) could end up being on the Haye/Bellew card, that will need more padding than Joshua/Klitschko.

I agree with everyone who expects a fairly uninspiring undercard at Wembley. Some of the up-and-comers like Benn, Katie Taylor and maybe a comeback for Crolla? Probably Quigg in a WBA "eliminator". The usual smattering of McDonnells...

I'm surprised so many speculating a whyte/chisora rematch so soon. Such a great fight, that rematch is always there. I was thinking he'd try and get whyte to a wilder fight and try Ortiz/chisora. If they both lose they're back to each other and if they both happened to win, unlikely as that may be, it's massive.

The AJ - Klitschko press conference is at Wembley tomorrow, maybe some kind of undercard will be announced.

Whyte v Chisora rematch should happen on the undercard surely. I think for an outside bet I'll got for Selby v Quigg.

Price should attempt to get Chisora in the ring. I've always thought that's a good fight for him, even taking in to account Chisora's apparent rejuvenation. Del Boy can be hit, Price can bang and it's a decent name if he can pull it off. As it stands, based on results, Price doesn't deserve a fight with Whyte. People talking about him fighting the winner of their match were way off. He deserves no more than the loser ( although Chisora probably nicked it! )

I don't think Chisora would take it though, for the pittance on offer. Fair play to him too. He has nothing to prove to anyone.

It's a safe bet that the undercard will feature a few 'names' but with the little to test them in the away corner.

Whyte vs Chisora will get it's own show as others have stated

Burton vs Buglioni 2 has a good chance of featuring
An outing for Crolla for an intercontinental type rankings climbing fight or eliminator
Another heavyweight contest featuring Price or Ortiz
Something involving one of C Smith, Quigg, Groves, Yafai or a McDonnell brother (delete as appropriate, it'll be whoever he can't line up a good fight for and he wants to keep busy or again a "rankings builder" type fight)

The Froch - Groves II undercard was enjoyable was top to bottom and followed a different (shorter) model to what we usually see.

I wouldn't be suprised to see 5 solid fights, as Wembley will look a touch silly if it stays at 20% capacity until the main event.

(though I do expect Haye-Bellew to be underwhelming to say the least)

I think we'll see something similar to the last Wembley card with 5 fights or so. I expect Yafai and McDonnell to be defending their belts. I'd say the best we can hope is Yafai has a mandatory as if not he will face a very easy voluntary like pretty much every fighter in the UK does as a first defence. And for McDonnell I hope for the best that we will see him against Haskins. I can't imagine a main event this big will have a great under card unfortunately. I expect Whyte v Chisora 2 to be a main event on it's own at the 02 or Wembley arena on a non PPV show.

Won't he need some decent ticket sellers on earlier in the night to get people in?

Any decent ticket sellers round London town with matchroom? Maybe Groves could fight and put a few bums on seats? Shame the cock feeder retired.

Think Quigg will end up on the (pointless) Crolla v Linares rematch card.

O'Hara Davies v Derry Mathews is one fight Hearn has mentioned he would like to make. It wouldn't surprise me if this makes it onto this bill.

Hearn stated today that it will have a smaller budget than Saturday's card, which is severely disappointing.

I can't help but feel Hearn is missing an opportunity to do something great here.

I think it largely depends on how much it's cost them to bring Klitschko to London. They might have paid Molina 15-20%, but you can imagine it's more like 50% for Klitschko or a purse amount.

Off topic slightly, but I'm being suckered in as always... What's the views like from the cheaper seats at Wembley? I've not been for Boxing, and for other things always been near pitch level / lower bowl.

I was in the £40 seats for Froch-Groves II (and probably will be this time as well), and the view wasn't as bad as expected.

You can generally see the action from your seat, but if you want a 'good view' then you will need to look at the screens - which were positioned just above the ring last time.

I was also at the top of the stand at Goodison for Bellew-Makabu, and I had a good view of the ring so there was no need to use the screens there...but there is an obvious difference in the height of the stands.
