I think it's just the done thing to accuse Canelo of ducking everyone he hasn't fought yet. I'm convinced he's terrified of Lomachenkos remarkable movement, handspeed and technical ability for instance
But the fact remains, for the last 6 years he has fought at a very high level and has a better CV than any 26 year old on the planet right now, in fact very few fighters at any age or any weight can boast the record of fighting top level fighters, that he holds.
But he hasn't faced GGG yet so he's scared of the entire world (nothing to do with the fact that ODLH won't let him fight him)
The boxer decides who he fights.. He tells management "I'm the fighter. Make the fight. It's the fight the fans want and I'm not afraid to lose, but I'm not going to lose to this guy." He overruled De La Hoya before but he's scared of Golovkin and Jermall... If he wasn't he'd fight them instead of a no-risk guy like Smith.

Charlo doesn't bring in enough money to make sense for Oscar and Canelo. It would make no sense for them to risk it for chump change. BUT, Charlo has some serious clout for the Jrock knockout which I think wasn't as impressive as everyone makes it out to be. Charlo knew Jrock for years and knew that his chin was suspect and said it all along that no one has ever tested his chin. We saw what happened with Jrock almost getting knocked out from a jab.
So, I think that Charlo is overrated right now and that is appealing for Canelo but I just don't think that money would be good enough to substantiate the risk. Canelo will fight Lemieux or BJS. 2017 will not be the year for GGG/Canelo.

You know, sometimes you actually come across like you half know what you're talking about, then you say something like this!

I'm not sure if you realize this, but Jermall only beat J-Rock 4 days ago. He's been a respectable opponent since he beat Bundrage, but the kind of super opponent that he is now... he has only been that for 4 days.
