I'm no fan of Stiverne, but he's a level above Whyte. I think he'd knock out Whyte. Whyte was getting wobbled by Chisora. Stiverne probably bombs him out.

Ruiz was competative against Parker, so on the level of Takam. Stiverne was competative against Derric Rossy, who has lost by significant biggest numbers against Trevor Bryan. So Stiverne should be ranked 30 ish.

Hardly an impressive achievement at heavyweight.

Haye's done nothing to prove that he is a top 15 level heavyweight since he beat Chisora 4.5 years ago and that's hardly an incredible win anyway.

All depends on how you choose to rank. Objectively or Subjectively.

Haye probably beats Parker, Ruiz, Whyte, Chisora, Stiverne, Glazkov, Takam in my opinion and would think the bookies would have him favourite in those, toughest would be Parker. Pulev v Haye is pretty 50-50 I think.

I think when Haye had his inactivity and now has had only two fights there are question marks but if you make the case that Haye has not beaten any decent fighters recently, then how do you put Chisora in? His last decent win was a long time ago and he has a loss to Haye. Does anyone really think if they fought again Chisora would win?

The top 7 or so Heavyweights are all about the same in all the rankings, but there is a real weakness from 10 downwards.

Except for Glazkov and Stiverne, I'd be surprised if he would win actually nowadays.

I think this is very true, but I personally choose to rank boxers based on what they have done, rather than what they can do. For me, Haye barely makes top 50 based on his recent record, but taking into account his activity before his hiatus, I'd squeeze him inside the top 20, just not the top 15.
