Don't most people who want to take drugs just take them? Who is put off being a druggy because it's against the law?

Most people don't want to take crack cocaine, meth or heroin and making it legal isn't going to change many people's minds.

Ye ther is a lad from manchester always comes down to birkenhead to fight on a local unlicensed show takes the lads the distance but if he wanted to you could tell he could end it in one round,moves like the matrix but doesnt throw many punches,£200 for abit of breakdancing is a bargain

The guy I was on about is a relation, and only young. He wouldn't know how to take a dive. I wouldn't let him anyway. I thought we were going to get lynched when he put it on the home guy. The bloke bit him! Afterwards, in the car park, the bloke was stood apologising to his mates, I went over and told him, "don't worry, he's a very good kid". Just need to get some dedication into him and off the weed and we will take him pro. He handled pros easy in the gym. Handled everyone ok on the Yorkshire squad at Sheffield IOS. Like I say, felt a bit wrong when he did unlicensed but it was his decision.

out of pride i think it would be hard to take a dive to someone you know you could beat.

£150-200. My guy wouldn't dream of it. Got another, a travelling lad of international standard who'll go box anywhere at the drop of a hat.

I'm afraid the evidence completely contradicts what you are saying.

In countries where drugs have been decriminalised, drug use, and more importantly drug related health issues and deaths have both fallen pretty dramatically.

Eh? You're just reaffirming my point! I've been doing coke 20 odd years, and I can only think of less than a handful of occasions where I didn't drink before I did it. I have probably done coke 1000 times over the years. I'm on the wagon for January and I can assure you, without booze coke has zero appeal for the vast majority. If you look at what has happened in Portugal since decriminalisation of drug use, it's clear that making things illegal does nothing to control their use.

He's been away before yeah. He's always been a nice bloke but who seems to attract the absolute divs of the area. When he was fighting he kept them at arm stage length mainly. Lots of hangers on.

When he was fighting he was labouring too. Seemed to get disillusioned with the amount of dough he didn't make from the game. The Ampofo fights were his only real earners I believe.
