Shaping up okay so far, Edwards is in against more than a corpse, Flynn moving up to a decent level (it seems).

Cardle and Callum Johnson also down for the card, I'd hope with them being champions that their opponents aren't crap.

Not seen Butcher, assumed he was bang average the way people reacted. I'm pretty down on them leaving flyweight because of Selby.

Not seen Butcher, assumed he was bang average the way people reacted. I'm pretty down on them leaving flyweight because of Selby.

Butcher was very unlucky against Satchell a few years ago when Satchell was flying, I think I personally had it a draw(cant remember for certain) but either way I remember most feeling Butcher should've won

Yeah I had Butcher winning that one by 2/3 rounds. He's a good little fighter when he's on form. Had a slip up against a journeyman at one point but I really fancy him to give Edwards all he can handle.

I had Butcher winning by 1 round against Satchell in saying that Edwards is a lot better than Satchell.. I think Edwards will win this one wide points.. Good opportunity for Ian.. Charlie Flynn v Ryan Collins is very very interesting. Both good Amateurs quite similar in a lot of ways. I slightly favour Flynn but can see a shock here.

Might kick myself for saying this but looking good for Eddie Hearn for this card putting 2 big Scottish fights on hopefully these will be on TV.. They say good things come in 3's hopefully Hearn will put either Ronnie Clark v Gullieme Frenois for the EBU title or Ronnie Clark v Andy Townend for the vacant Commonwealth strap.. Both these would make fantastic fights and another Scottish Boxer fighting.. Far better than having the likes of Connor Benn and Scott Cardle.

On the topic of Edwards it does look like he has moved up in weight to avoid Andrew Selby (yet again)
