No way us Black Country folk ay no Brummies!!

Wasn't just West Brom fans with was a mix of Black Country lads mostly from Tipton (roughly split 50/50 West Brom and Wolves but certainly has its own identity) who followed Mutley.

I had a row with a Black Country man at the races, I asked him if he was from Birmingham and he went mad. I had to tell him to shut up.

A very touchy subject by this guys reaction. Now I just say "are you from the West Midlands?".

Come on, people in Shropshire even get called Brummies and that's 30 miles away. Brummie is near enough imo.
