Ogogo does a have a high opinion of himself. I think that he's always believed his own hype even since before turning professional.

I do think that he could go further up than the British title. I wouldn't be surprised if he did win it and move up to become European Middleweight Champion but at the moment it's doubtful he could claim a World Championship with the likes of Golovkin dominating.

Ogogo is already 28 - so he may only have another 5/6 years to compete. He really needs to get himself fit and stay active, get a few good wins under his belt to progress.

Without that, his career risks fizzing out and going nowhere.

It was truly sh*t. Not even a flush hit......just some down off a cuff boll*cks, which he was already chucking himself on the deck to get away from - and I like Harrison, bless him.

Amir Khan looked like he could “go” any second from about 8 onwards that night. He was a whisker away!

As regards the Ogogo........not being funny.....it just seems a mixed up term to me thesedays. Why the HELL would anybody want to give Ogogo a full-time wage to be a pundit? Would your boss pay you a month’s salary for an hour here, an hour there? “media career” it’s a blanket term for absolutely f*ck all! In the nicest way possible

He came across a bit simple to me whenever I've heard him. He's not exactly pleasing to listen to.

Was just a thought. I can't see him being happy just fighting domestically for the rest of his career because he seems the type who needs attention and the spotlight.

I think it’s a bit risky trying to make a living off your “fame”. One day you will wake up and you won’t be relevant....you only have to look at the number of 50 odd yr olds that wind up completely broke, selling their dignity for a few grand on Big Brother and the like....
Makes FAR more sense to me to disappear....go off radar...qualified - get useful in your own right, rather than “he/ she used to do this........” Just my two cents.

Ex big brother sorts who you wouldn't recognise in the street pull in 2 grand a time doing an hour slot in student nightclubs up and down the country. Do that a couple of times a week and do the maths, Ogogo can make himself financially secure without boxing off his 20 minutes of fame. Much better this than going off radar and doing a computer course at your local college.

Ogogo is on the sportsbar on talksport tonight,be interested to hear whats next for him.Brooks on the show aswell.Decent listen on talkshite for once maybe.

He will surely retire. He could do well in x factor or whatever, a boyband member would suit him
