Topic A - How are the rankings affected by Carlos Takam's KO4 win over Marcin Rekowski?
Abstain.
Topic B - How are the rankings affected by Christian Hammer's TKO7 win over David Price?
My vote: Hammer to #13, Price remains unranked.
Topic C - How are the rankings affected by Deontay Wilder's TKO5 win over Gerald Washington?
My vote: Wilder to #2, Washington remains unranked.
Topic D - Vyacheslav Glazkov has been inactive for over a year and has no fight scheduled - what should happen to his ranking?
My vote: Glazkov OUT

Topic B - Hammer to #9 Price remains unranked.
Topic C - My vote: Wilder to OUT Washington remains unranked.
Wilder the biggest fraud currently in boxing can't pass the stink test. His crook manager, his BALCO Vic Conte designed VADA drug testing model and BALCO vitamins he guarantees to pass VADA, his lower tier opponents only given a few weeks to train, and now his numbskull thuggery. Who does he think he is, Charlie Zelenoff or whatever that unfortunate loon was named. Forget 1/billionth of a gram of melonium, a Billionth of Deontay is 0.000000222 lbs, or 0.0000036 ounces, or 0.000103 grams, meaning we have to watch his fights thru an Electron Microscope to see him when he rematches the barrel of grease Stiverne.
Topic D - Glazkov OUT and good riddance.

One thing we all agree on is that Glazkov should be removed from the rankings.

Ha ha - funny how Doc Goodman and her Las Vegas NeVADA Mafia* drug team never plant drugs on Wilder or his designated loser opponents.
* Everything in Las Vegas is Mafia, certainly boxing. The whole city was founded by Organized Crime, and its only reason for existing in the desert is to fleece the suckers.

You're a moron that couldn't be objective if your life depended on it.
And why 'good riddance' to Glazkov? It's not his fault he sustained a serious knee injury.

I missed it too. At his "peak" he wasn't truly top 15, he certainly isn't right now.

I agree that Glazkov should be dropped from the rankings for now, but I don't know why anyone would say "good riddance". Any news on how he's doing?

Because Glazkov at the time, was just as carefully selecting his opponends to reach the top as Deontay Wilder does.
There are guys out there, like "Faisal Ibnel Arrami" (rank 69 heavyweight, while he only fought 2 out of his 23 matches on heavyweight, the rest cruiserweight or their weight wasn't even checked at all), or "Pawel Kolodziej" (rank 70 heavyweight, while he only fought 1 opponent above 203 pounds in his entire carreer! And that against a guy with a rating of 4 (rank 471). These guys are ranked above "Zsolt Bogdan", or "Herve Hubeaux" and "John Wesley Nofire" for example, who are real heavyweights. Nick Webb is also such an example of a new Deontay Wilder/Daffy Duck, he's fighting cruiserweights and is massively gaining ranks because of it. Daffy Duck does the same thing, he also achieved most of his points in the cruiserweight division and is now also fighting someone who's actually a cruiserweight and even fought at lower divisions.
If you fight a lot of such guys, you'll get a high rank very easely, even though everybody knows you don't deserve it.
Wilder also fought guys like "Damon McCreary", who used to be a 14-0 heavyweight when Wilder fought him, impressive isn't it?
Untill you realised he used to be a 166 pounder who fought 3 matches in 11 years and gained over 90 pounds during those 11 years! He's basically a fat grandpa! Charles Martin later KOed him in the first round as well (despite he lost over 35 pounds again by that time and still was a fat old men).

Topic A No change
Takam is pretty much where he should be at this point.
Topic B Hammer to #13.
Beating Price has not much relevance in ranking the top 15. I don't want to elevate Hammer over Chisora and Whyte. Not yet at least.
Topic C Wilder to #10
Wilder did not look good in hes fight against the very limited Washington. He got beaten for the first 4 rounds and then got one punch in. Then he transformed to windmill and then the referee in fear of hes own life had no choice but to end the fight.
Well in reality I think the stoppage was good but that does not chance the fact that Wilder did not impress me in this fight. Hes opposition has been total joke for too long. I think Ruiz would murder him if they fought right now.
Topic D Glazkov out.
Glazkov might be back in the ring this summer. Long layout. I think it is time to drop him off the list. If he returns to boxing and can find hes old form back he will be back in this list quite fast.

I'll admit to being one of those who was very vocal about Haye being well worthy of a place on this list before tonight, so I'll take my lumps if anyone wants to dish out the "told ya so"s.
Who is going to fill up these (likely) two new vacant spots, do people reckon? Dom Breazeale, I guess? Who else? Granat, Miller, Zhang?

He didn't take PEDs.. Wait until his case unwinds completely because he passed a lie detector test where he said he never took any PEDs -- and WADA, VADA, and the WBC already cleared him in the Wilder case completely.

Yes, he was voted on recently and was kept in by majority vote. If his inactivity stretches to 18 months there will be another vote. I voted for Hammer to overtake him, but was overruled by the majority (I suspect many intended for Hammer to be rated higher, but forgot that with the removal of Glazkov, Hammer had to be voted to #12 or higher to overtake Stiverne).

I think there is bit of an miss understanding about the rules here.
The vote for Hammer was before the vote for Glazkov. So when I voted Hammer to #13 I meant him to take the place of Stiverne moving Stiverne down to #14. After that Glazkov got voted out moving both Hammer and Stiverne up by one place to #12 and #13. Hammer over Stiverne...
So we should vote like all the votes happen at the same time? So I should vote Hammer to #12 or #13 to get him over Stiverne depending on my vote for Glazkov?
I think that many others made the same mistake that I did here

Yep, it's simultaneous - you vote boxers into the position you want them to be at the end of the round of voting - tbh I'd never considered that people might think of it any differently.

@jezzamundo
I am not engaged in this thread, but I interestedly follow the votings. So just my hint.
I guess, Heretic is right from a logical point of view.
You can keep your procedures and should simply add an additional rule:
If a boxer is voted out or a boxer is voted behind a voted boxer, all voted boxers behind them keep their voting difference in the list.
examples:
boxer a #2 -> #7
boxer b #4 -> #3
at the moment you get
boxer a is now #7
boxer b is now #3 - which is wrong as boxer b was voted before current #3, who is now #2
with the additional rule you get:
boxer a is #7 and dropped behind voted boxer b
so boxer b keeps his voting difference of 1 and is corrected from #3 to #2 - and so he is ahead of former #3, who keeps his rank #3

Thanks for the reply - I see your point but think it's reasonable to expect people to vote boxers to the positions they want them to occupy and take all topics into account.
