Meanwhile Parker vs Fury is on very similar timescale so he could fight the winner of that for a version of the title. It's entirely plausible that he wins that, especially as Eddie would get it over here on home turf.

If he wins a heavyweight title then he can still give Haye his rematch for the title which gives Hearn the chance of pitting Haye vs Joshua in another big fight at Wembley. It also gives Bellew the big money fights he craves at this point. It's win/win for matchroom and Bellew.

If Bellew lost a heavyweight title fight then it's still a big earner with the Haye rematch still on the table along with the Cruiserweight options.

Bellew is in an incredible situation at this point in his career. He really can't lose.

I think Haye has only 1 or 2 fights left in that old injury prone body of his and I don't think he will share a ring with likes of Joshua or Klitschko .

The rematch with Bellew would be his best option to cash out. Bellew will never win a version of the heavyweight title anyway.

This really. Bellew isn't a heavyweight but whoever wins the Parker Fury fight is the weakest champion at the weight by miles and Bellew going for a world title would do well over here. It's winnable and as you say he can't really lose.

If he's interested in legacy and decent money go after Parker, probably more money in rematching Haye but even more in fighting Joshua, of the 3 first is probably easier for him and carries chance of a title. Haye may not fight again and may not do it any time soon so the rematch is harder to make. Joshua if he beats Klitschko is probably an easy one to make and big money, just not much chance of getting through more than a few rounds.

I like Bellew he as made a pretty good career out of one that many people said he wasn't good enough to have a decent career but he has and he should take the biggest pay day he has certainly earnt it good on you Tony and good luck Champ

I'd say cash in on one more big fight before retirement.

The only thing with Haye is, that he may be out injured for a long time. No point sitting around for a year or more for Haye, if he can't make it.

I agree with all of the above - Boomer has found himself in a great position.

I can't see him fighting Tyson, however ..... imagine the scenario:

-Hughie beats Parker
-Boomer beats Hughie
-Tyson and Boomer fight "for the world title" in a family revenge type situation - imagine the build-up with them two
-Tyson would beat Boomer "getting his title back"
-Big showdown between Tyson and Joshua

Haye rematch probably makes most sense, it will work our well financially but coukd very well back fire on him if he loses, which i think he probably would. Haye fought like an idiot in the first fight, swinging on Bellew like a pub drunk. How muvh Haye has left in the tank remains to be seen, based on that performance it is not looking good, but i think he can smarten up and improve on that last performance and master Bellew in a rematxh, if it happens next.

I would nit bet on it though, lost £200 on the first fight so what do i know
