I know what u mean but its hard not to be in awe of odlh.....he really belongs in the same bracket as foreman or tyson as a boxing figure as opposed to fighter.......to do what he did inside the ring.....than to do what he did with golden boy its mind blowing....inside the ring he lost focus but was robbed imho v tito, v mosley 2nd time and i narrowly had him beating floyd....his record looks v different when u factor that all in... ...aktho i had him lose to sturm......than look at the huge money he made out of tge ring the monopolies he broke.....he bought ring magazine .....he broke king and to a large extent arum....v smart brilliant businessman....not a bad boxer too

Thats the problem i've found the longer I follow the sport; the interests of the hardcore fan tend to be in direct conflict with the promoter.

To be honest- whilst I love the sport, the bullshit that surrounds it is slowly killing my passion for it.

I feel exactly the same,the more knowledge we have on the business side the more it makes us dislike the sport,i wish i could turn back to the late 80's early 90's were i just watched a fight and didnt know the sh1tty side of the business
