Apart from AJ, Joyce could go in with any British Heavyweight... who wouldn't wanna see him in with the likes of Whyte/Chisora. And Buatsi is a smart man, so he's probably taking his time to make the smart move.
If/when they do turn over they'll make a great addition to the pro ranks

I hated Hearn's statement from last year that you have to be a world champ to be someone, hugely disrespectful to the guys who produce great domestic dust ups, limits who he signs too, he's interested mainly in GB athletes.

Saw an article about Joyce at the back end of last year, he said he'd turn pro and wanted about 6 fights this year iirc but also said he had no solid info regarding a promoter yet. At his age and with his amateur experience it'll do him no good beating up journeymen for 3 years so hopefully he's fast tracked towards the British title. With AJ now well past it and Whyte and Chisora probably seeing it as a step down then there's really nobody you'd worry about putting him in with after 6 to 12 months as a pro.
He also retweeted someone a few weeks ago who said he was waiting for his GB contract to expire.
