What makes you so sure? I thought he only scraped by Lebedev, and there were numerous rounds in which his output was wanting. He's very strong and took Leb's shots like they were nothing, but he seemed a bit basic (no jab, only moves forward, etc.) and one-paced.
Yes, Gassiev is very young and has room for improvement. However, based on what I saw yesterday, I think that he would beat Usyk easier than Lebedev.
