Nice route back for Tyson and Charr is either skint, deeply deluded or just a proper, stand-up guy who loves to fight to accept this one.
He's certainly a prime, made-to-order target for the Fury jab and he'll be getting plenty off it.

When Haye announced his come back against a far better, younger version of Charr he got slated and rightly so. I seem to recall it sold fornicate all and had to be cancelled, so anybody in any way excited about this ought to have a word with themselves, unless it genuinely is on an undercard or most of the seats are comped.

Seems like a sensible opponent given the state Fury is in

It's probably the right level of opponent. Fury looks in shocking shape.

On top of people forgetting that Fury is still to be charged or cleared of three anti doping violations.
Manuel Charr was near decaptiated by Pedvetkin and Breidis.
He was also shot (literally not too long ago)
As with any Fury comeback thread ridiculous.

Or hoping Tyson will still be a mess come fightnight.

Have you seen what Fury looks like now?

I cant quote what you said about Fury as im on my phone but ive never seen Fury fight as you say. You are making him sound something he isnt. I wouldnt class Fury as a talented boxer. Fury won the title yes i know that, that was a great thing but he beat someone who never threw a meaningful punch. Fury was lucky that night. But he won, hats off. Lets see how Jushua deals with Klit.
Totally agree with mimmy here, tyson won the title and hats off to him but he is no matrix like some think he is,didnt see the matrix against cunningham when he used an illegal move to finish the fight,iv only seen him use some of the moves mentioned against klitschko,as for joshua vs fury, joshua would put more pressure on fury than wlad did and fury would be gassed by round 6 were joshua would make the pressure count with an 8th round k.o of the gypsy king. All opinions like iv said and in my opinion this is what would happen

I agree with this. He's no great boxer but he's an intelligent fighter who can change his tactics. We've only seen one dimension from Joshua (a very good one btw) and I don't think there's anything else there. Tyson's a streetwise fighter and as long as he's fit he'll have too much for Joshua.

Oh and on the Furys and drugs, Peter gave an interview a week or so back saying Hughie was putting on a pound per week and was leaner than he had ever been. Say what?! That is literally fecking impossible. No human being will put on a pound per week but be leaner than ever as that would mean it is muscle and that is physically not possible. And they are meant to be professionals?!

He could, you know, be lying......Trainers and fighters have to sell a fight and sell that thei fighter is in the best shape possible.

I appreciate that but puzzled why one would choose to lie with something that makes you look a twat to anyone with any basic training experience.

Team Fury said Tyson was fighting Wlad at Wembley on date X. Obviously Fury isn't able to shift anywhere near the tickets to do this, but the date in question also had an all blacks rugby World Cup game at Wembley on the same date.
They just lie and expect to be taken seriously. This sort of thing is why I have major doubts over Tyson's supposed mental illness.

Charr's one and only legitimate chance I'd politely contend.
Tyson has admitted to doing some bad and truly gargantuan eating in the past and this might be the issue/habit he can never shake-off.
Shades of Big Daddy Bowe perhaps?
I fought bloody hard to always have a full fridge and now you are telling me that I must sacrifice some more?
I think it was Boxing News who did a really telling interview with Tyson a few years back and you could almost hear how painful it was for him to not be able to hit the fridge and eat what the hell he wanted and whenever he fancied it.....despite paying lip-service to Peter's good, clean food and sensible portions regime.
He almost sounded hungry in that interview

Did Ali look great when he was so heavilly dropped his corner needed to use illegal tactics to keep him fighting, before winning on cuts all against a sub 13 stone trainerless Henry Cooper?

I'm not up on sports nutrition. But is 1lb a week whilst becoming leaner that crazy for a pro athlete?
A mate of mine cut 7kg (15lbs) overnight the night before his weigh in. Had someone told me that was possible I would've thoght they were mad.
I know cutting goes on, but 15lbs overnight?
These sports nutrition / science guys are so advanced nowadays

Fury isnt in the league of the Greatest. I would put Fury around the British decent fighters such as Gary Mason and thats being kind in my opinion as Fury never reached his peak or full potential.

I agree with the Germany bit no worries about that, you cant knock Fury for winning the world title. How history would judge him, im not sure. But I would think history would judge it as
Bentt v Morrison
Bruno v McCall
2 fights that were great in their own way but can be lost in historys vault.
