Ahhh, I've always liked him. He's still young. Not out of the realm that he could have a late career run to put him pretty high on all time Brit lists.
I've spent money going to watch him a few times. I used to be a fan when he was younger. I liked his style and his attitude. He makes my blood boil nowadays. The guys a total prick.
All true but I'm willing to bet you never feel like you've came away without getting value for money.
Very few of his fights disappoint
I watched him box Ketelnik,Prescott and Barera,He boxed brilliantly against Kotelnik but it was a stinker,Barera was an anti climax and we all know what happened with Prescott. Was a big fan in the early days but rapidly went off him when he ducked all the decent British challenges and thinks he has an automatic right to fight Mayweather and Pacman while ducking Brook, first class knob he is.

I'll carry on the back-slapping. Two very good posters are Stuart and HOS, they are among my favourite posters on here.
As for Khan

Saw him a few times early in his career (pre-Breidis Prescott) and the first time was at the Bolton Arena on the Clinton Woods/Glenn Johnson card and I thought like everyone els ehe was destined for a glittering career. He has achieved a great deal in fairness but I agree his potential hasn't been filled as it could or should have been and its mostly down to delusional behaviour and inactivity in my opinion.
When he was angling for the fights with Floyd and Manny, especially the former, he should have been keeping busy beating the other contenders but he deluded himself into thinking that no-one was more worthy of the Floyd dollars than himself. His reluctance or at least his failure to rematch his losses when he could have doesn't bode well for his legacy and the Canelo bout just smacked of desperation to me, he surely didn't need the money did he?
Ultimately that bad bad knockout loss to Prescott has hampered him throughout his entire career as it not only put the brakes on the hype train and blitzed his confidence but it meant he had to be very carefully matched ever since. Apart from the Maidana bout, which was a classic contest and should have seen at least one rematch, he has been manoeuvered around every potentially dangerous rival. The one exception was against Danny Garcia but they were tempted by a unification and he was looking good until his chin was again exposed, cue another bad ko loss and they weren't making that mistake again! Well, apart from Alvarez but I think that was all about making some big bucks whilst dodging the real fight most people wanted against Brook.
Khan can still look back on a good career and point to many achievements that most people can only dream of but I think deep down he will know that it could have been a really special one if he'd been better advised and made the most of his talents. I'd love to see him give his last couple of years a real crack at it and win another world title but sadly I can't see it happening.

If he comes back to the ring and I think by this stage that is a pretty big 'IF', he needs to prove something to everyone.
He's picked fights he can win (or thought he could win) and chased big fights that have fallen flat.
If he comes back, he shouldn't get anywhere near a title match straight away or a big name fight. Fight a contender, a former opponent who's beaten him, or a big up and coming talent who will make him earn his place in the rankings and earn a bit of respect back for himself after all this messing about chasing Mayweather and Pacquaio for so long.

I know they would really and in fairness I'd love to see them do it too. But really what other options would you say are there for him right now ?

Well said by that man

.
If he'd taken negotiations seriously and stepped in against Brook before the Spence jr, fight got made he would have had everything he's been talking about wanting.
- A big fight
- A world ranked opponent
- A world title on the line
- A pay per view fight
Nope, instead he'll chase Pacquiao and waste everyone's time when it fell through. Again.

This! But he won't do it and it will be held against him forever, he is simply too deluded and thinks he is a superstar and above all that.

yep, he has used Brook to keep himself in the limelight and being talked about in credible terms but everyone knows, especially Khan himself, that he will very likely get knocked out badly against Kell in a similar manner to the Canelo fight. I can't blame him for chasing Pacquiao at this point though because Manny hasn't had a stoppage win for a while, has slowed down a lot and probably would be content to carry Khan for 12 rounds and eke out a routine ud for good money with a rematch option.

One more defeat to a top-level opponent spells the end for Khan as a marketable, viable option for a fighter like Pacquiao and he knows it. He's waiting in line for his chance, he can't afford to risk it by fighting Kell Brook. I don't agree with his tactics by the way, he's sitting out a couple of years of his Prime as far as I'm concerned...

Khan, whether you love or loathe him, is great to watch. Let's face it, he probably beats most fighters on points IF he can stay clear of being KO'd. You always seem to be on the edge of your seat with him. It's great entertainment.
If there is one word that sums Khan up over the last 5 years it has to be "frustration". He could have had some great fights but instead we sit here and talk about his inactivity.
If he fights again, I will tune in. I fear his best years are now behind him.

Fighters peak at different times. I think Khan is about 3-5 years past his prime.
He had a tough career amateur/pro.
He's beaten some really good names but seems to be more interested now in money than legacy.
Best I've seen him Box was actually against Peterson. Great handspeed and footspeed deserved the decision. That Khan is tough to beat.
He's got the personality of being a narcissist and I see a career of multiple retirements and comebacks and fighting close to 40.
Still one of our best of the last 25 years though.

There's only two fights left for Khan realistically as he only wants a couple of big pay days now.
I think his first priority is the fight with Manny but it doesn't seem that they can get the money they both want to make it happen or this would definitely have been done by now.
The other option is Brook which again would be a big pay day but they obviously want to exhaust the Manny option first as if he fights Brook first and loses then the Manny money definitely won't materialise. But if he fights Manny first and loses the Brook fight still has legs.
Either way he loses both fights in my opinion.
