agreed, but the WBA will continue with the 'Regular' Title.
Get Ustinov Oquendo made then have the winner face off with Ortiz, lose and then put Ortiz in with AJ...

In this case I think they're just doing the bs title to satisfy the courts and avoid aj/oquendo. Good chance they'd drop the belt before they'd accept that mandatory.
