All depends on how much of water weight is still available to lose. If you have a lot, you can easily lose 5 pounds in one day, but sometimes it is hard to lose even one pound.

He looks dreadful, like he has a serious illness. Hard to believe this guy fought at 160.
I'm looking forward to this one though, if he's healthy on fight night he;s going to have a big time weight advantage.
