Briggs went 12 rounds with some superdefending guy just a few years ago, so yes, he got asma, but not as bad as he used to have. On top of that, oquendo doesn't really perform good in his long distance fights either.

In Povetkin his case, someone else Wilder is scared from, he didn't do much else as lying, sabotating and avoiding the fight as well.
