Excuse my ignorance I am presuming that either you are Hare's manager, connected or related to him in some way, or the worlds biggest Hare fan, judging by your incredulity.

Personally I think Hare has to be favourite, but a loss like that can have a massive impact on a fighters career, some fighters mentally never recover from taking a pasting and their style changes.

For what it's worth, I had Hare down as 'one to watch' last year for maxboxing, and thought he might be capable of making the transition to world class. I still think he can maybe do it despite the loss, but you have to admit there will remain some unknowns going into this bout.

To say it's impossible is ludicrous in boxing, I mean, if Honeyghan can do a number like that on Don 'heir apparent to Ray Leonard' Curry, anything is possible.

Hares had 2 fights since the loss and looked very hot in both,he nearly decapitated Williams who had just given MichaelJones a tough fight and then hammered a 15-3 french kid who hadnt been stopped,well until Hare
so i think the loss is out of the system and he`ll be flying when given the opportunity to perform.As for the james is a slow starter club tell Hantindi and Bergman ,Hare starts as quickly or slowly as the fight requires.

This I do agree with completely.

Just watch my fight pick as to who I think will win. All I said was the only chance I give Barnes is early and now apparently I'm picking him to win. Look Hare should win and win handedly, but all I'm saying is I'm not surprised if Barnes' catches him before he gets going. Yet, I seem to be down as a Hare hater.

All I'm saying is check my archieve here before having a go. I remember saying before Dale stated his alias here that Dale and James are probably my favourite fighters on the domestic scene and encouraged Hare to look at the IBF title before Spinks fought Mayorga.

STU, nobodys having ago but the chance of Barnes KOing Hare in the first 3 rounds is probably the most improbable scenario because James isn't a slow starter he lets them hrow a few shots to get there rythmn and particular style then he finds gaps and slots in counters! Hes a throwback fighter who does it in the old style but if necesary can jump from 1st gear to 5th gear in the blink of an eye so the fact is in 21 years of boxing hes never been KO'd in 3 rounds and Barnes really has a padded record that may make him look like he has a bit of a dig but thats about it because as hes stepped up in class in his last few fights hes never looked like any type of puncher!

Both did check weigh ins so could be a good sign!
