Gang leaders have Russian citizenship not Georgian, even if they are Georgian decent. From the start of 2000s the new Georgian government instituted zero tolerance policy against criminal world. As a result most of the hard criminals left country to Russia where crime world is tolerated and elsewhere. I think if Georgian dont tolerate their criminals neither should Americans.

You're not understanding what I'm saying. Foreignors are often permitted to enter this country and permitted to pay little to zero taxes for 7 years. That is what I'm talking about. They come here, get afforded the opportunity of a lifetime, dont have to pay taxes like people that are born here do AND litter society with crime. It's a double negative.

Sergey Kobozev (1964–1995) was a Russian boxer who defeated John Ruiz and was later murdered by Russian mafia.
