I think Okolie could prove to be someone who makes the punters who have it in them to bet against him some money. Obviously not saying that will be tonight, but I remember back to Tom Stalker and backing Jack Caterall to KO him.

Okolie is obviously looking decent here but I've found he looks a bit untidy and flimsy at times. Not a guy I expect to go on and win at a high level.

Couldn't tell that much from that showing. He really needs to go beyond the first round, but the run of first round stoppages is a useful selling tool for Okolie's career so fair play to him.

He definitely provides a very different problem to what currently exists in the division. It's currently high risk boxing, but largely because the opposition is so week. He needs to get to 8-0 asap, and just go straight for the British title.

I agree. It's very, very early doors so there's plenty time for him to learn so I'm not counting him out fully yet.

I think also he needs to stop skipping leg day.

Thought Ryan had the first two rounds and cheeseman only had success on the ropes

That being said he looked impressive in the finish. I did think that would be a competitive fight.

Cheeseman is only young but look at the rankings in the U.K. Now.

Conor Benn is much improved, remember watching his debut and he was wild, but this was a controlled, skilled performance. It was a brave effort from Mike Cole who fought like the unbeaten fighter he was. It was a great scrap for a six rounder.

A lot sharper from Benn. Much better than the version that was (over) hyped up last year.

What is starting to make Conor Benn exciting is that he is very quick body wise, he can move in a lot of directions to get in and out. He is getting caught but that again makes the fights interesting to watch. Im getting to like him but i dont like the crap on Twitter its all too much Eubank text book rubbish. Saying that i like what i see in the ring. I think hes going to be a good boxer, sure he is wild but hes getting more controlled. I think all the big shows hes been on has possibly gone to his head and maybe thinks hes the big I am. Hes certainly improving you cant deny that. It will be interesting to see when hes in there with a big hitter and taste some leather. Im drawing to him though.

To be fair it want Benns fault the guy pulled out. He could have pulled himself too but i would imagine he wants ring time. The other guy gave it a go but simply wasnt strong enough. Benn needs a little better oponent but still early days they will come in the next 5 fights.
