Your failure to address them shows me they're not crap
Kovalev ducked Stevenson. Stevenson did not duck Kovalev.crusader wrote:Your failure to address them shows me they're not crap
Kovalev is afraid of Stevenson, because he thinks that he will spark him senseless.crusader wrote:Another argument duck from Horse
Stevenson already has a mandatory, and he hasn't faced him despite the fight being ordered for two years. Further, one fighter withdrawing from a purse bid does not mean the other fighter was actually going to take the bout. Kov has just been in fights with someone who is better than Adonis and anyone Adonis has faced, while Stevenson has spent the last few years bottomfeeding. If there is someone who needs to man up, it's Stevenson, and at nearly 40 he should do it quickly.

Yeah, Kovalev is a massive chicken.chinarich wrote:The sarcasm in my post is still valid...
Kovalev had his chance to fight Stevenson and he declined.crusader wrote:Why the silliness if Adonis is actually willing to fight elite opposition? He won't even fight the decent B-level guy who has been his mandatory for two years.
Kov has fought someone better than Adonis and would be taking a step down in opposition; he's not the one who needs to man up.

Unlike his possibly homosexual fanboys, I'm unwilling to give him the benefit of the doubt until he shows his balls and actually fights the opponent that he ducked.
Kovalev does need to man up and stop avoiding the man he is clearly most afraid of.
Kovalev is a chicken until he proves otherwise.
Stop clucking boy and face your destiny!

He has to fight Stevenson!
Is he a chicken or something?
Is Kovalev a coward?!

He should fight the division's pimp daddy: Adonis Stevenson.x2x wrote:I like Kovalev and I think he actually won both fights with Ward, but why does he want to move up? Is he having trouble making weight? Cruiserweight is an extremely strong division right now. I don't think it's a good idea. I'd rather see a third fight with Ward, but this time in Russia or at least a neutral country, with an honest referee.
He feels that he was weakened by weight cut.x2x wrote:I like Kovalev and I think he actually won both fights with Ward, but why does he want to move up? Is he having trouble making weight? I agree Kovalev should fight Stevenson. Maybe Kovalev has a weight issue in making 175. If so then it's better for Kovalev career to move up. It's not like he has that much Boxing Time left. With his name he should get a title shot after 1 or 2 fights at cruiserweight. If he wins.Horse wrote:He should fight the division's pimp daddy: Adonis Stevenson.x2x wrote:I like Kovalev and I think he actually won both fights with Ward, but why does he want to move up? That's more interesting than Kovalev vs Ward III.
It's a 25 lbs leap in weight.MachoTime wrote:I agree Kovalev should fight Stevenson. Maybe Kovalev has a weight issue in making 175. If so then it's better for Kovalev career to move up.
