He was the physically stronger man and the younger man by 9 years. Which really puts into perspective where he's at considering he still needed a gift decision to win. A lot of the Welterweights wouldn't have.

I do consider it a gift since I saw it close for Pac. But I also give the kid his due since he did enough to keep it close enough to be gifted.

I am not willing to right this kid off at welter. I have a feeling that he may end up being Hitman Jr's avenue to a welter belt to play with.
