Re: The Krays and boxing
Both Ronnie and Reggie were raving homosexuals. Ronnie was more comfortable with it. Reggie was spiteful with his boys.
He and his brother would fornicate boys in Ronnies flat which was above where Reggie and his beard Frances's flat. She has to endure listening to it and it contributed to her depression, drug use and tragic suicide.
It is well known that they procured boys for a homosexual ring which included peers and celebrities.
There is a case of a boy who turned up chopped up in Norfolk or Sulfolk who had been taken to such parties.
The twins were not good boxers. Charlie was half decent at a level but got tuned by Lew Lazer.
Their skill in the ring was as exaggerated as their general hardness. They were cowards and bullies who never, ever had a one on one straightener with anyone likely to fight back. All their famous victories they were mob handed and tooled up. They were also very careful who they went to war with.
Jack McVitie would have destroyed them in a fist fight, even when he was pissed and drugged up. George Myers wasn't even that hard and didn't give a fornicate for them.
People of their era like Jimmy Moody and Eddie Richardson had no fear or respect for them. They were small time thieves ponces and their clubs were fornicating shit holes.
Bullying, murdering pricks.

And Isis wouldn't dare be doing stuff if they thought they might get a good fingering up the bottom from The Firm.
Re: The Krays and boxing
They couldn't take Birmingham, thats for sure. Maybe this myth was all built on the fact they knew they could literally get away with murder, and their pedo mates would protect them.

Re: The Krays and boxing
They couldn't take anything worth a wank mate. They had a shit hole pub called the Grave Maurice which was about the size of a front room, a stinking snooker hall, a shit hole club and then bullied some ponce and got a club in Knightsbridge and run it in the ground within weeks.
If they had tried to take anything someone else wanted they would have got a spanking.
They got kicked out of Blackpool and Manchester. fornicating jokers mate who only got away with what they did because no one gave a fornicate until they started getting too close to a couple of MPs.

Rumours??![]()
Both were out and out nonces. I've been told only Reggie could box, Ronnie was too wild and a shite trainer.
It was an ex British champ told me Reggie could box but was a dreadful person. I don't think anyone could say anything bad about Ronnie that wasn't true. Pedo, procurer, rapist, shite boxer, folk hero

Re: The Krays and boxing
Reg Kray had 7 fights in the matter of 5 months and was undefeated in 7. If he carried on at that rate he would have been world champion within 15 months of turning pro!
Joking aside all 3 brothers didnt have records that suggested they were any good. All fought boxers who were either not very good or rubbish. That kind of tells the boxing enthusiast how good they actually were in the boxing ring. As for their notoriety outside I can only judge by the movie Krays which starred Martin and Ross Kemp.
(deliberate error included)

Anyone seen the film Legend where Tom Hardy plays both the Kray twins? Worth a watch?

I spotted the deliberate error - it was Gary and Ross Kemp.mimmy123 wrote:Reg Kray had 7 fights in the matter of 5 months and was undefeated in 7. If he carried on at that rate he would have been world champion within 15 months of turning pro!

Not really - Tom Hardy mumbles through every part he plays......I found the film quite boring as well

Reg and Ron was good boys. They'd always elp you across the road or with yer shopping. In them days people had respect for the elderly and knew all the words to knees up mavva brarn.
Problem was if you was a boy, after being helped over the road you ad yer daks pulled down and your shatbox badgered like nobody's business.
Still, we all left our front doors open in them days innit

They tried to muscle in on the nightclubs here in Birmingham which were owned by Eddie Fewtrell and Genie Broadhurst.
Old boys up here will tell you how the twins sent the Lambrianou brothers up here to put the frighteners on Fewtrell and co... But the Lambrianous were given a right going over and went back down the M1 with their tails between their legs.
Ex heavyweight Johnny Prescott was Fewtrells muscle apparently.

Didn't that happen in every major city in the UK? They spent half their careers getting sent back on the next train by local heavies...nobleart1978 wrote:They tried to muscle in on the nightclubs here in Birmingham which were owned by Eddie Fewtrell and Genie Broadhurst.
