He's gotta be at least 5 behind Joshua, Ortiz, Wilder, and Klitschko... He didn't fail any drug tests... VADA is a bunch of crooked bastards and admitted they were wrong about Povetkin's Wilder test results... Why do you trust them with any other test result regarding Povetkin??? 1/10th of a nanogram???
His latest test has been retested by an independant Swiss lab and his sample turned out to be clean, on top of that, the American lab who tested Povetkin is currently suspended by Wada because of all their mistakes.
That's interesting asdfjkl... Could you please name the lab that VADA used that made so many "mistakes" that WADA suspended them????

"The suspension of these analyses by the UCLA Laboratory -- which is located in Los Angeles, California, United States -- is a result of WADA’s quality assessment procedures that identified non-conformities with best practice."

What's strange about having Povetkin ranked as a Top 10 Heavyweight?
Nothing mate. I've read it wrong. I thought it meant P4P. My apologies

No way should guys like Parker and Pulev be higher.
I have 'em higher because they're not testing positive for PED's left and right. If Povetkin's career and possible matchups wasn't always so up in the air as a result of PED use he'd be ranked higher...he was prior to his suspension.
At his age now, and with the controversy surrounding him. I doubt he ever gets back in the mix with the top names again.
He hasn't really been
that inactive despite the test results though, he's now ranked again by major sanctioning bodies, and his resume is clearly superior. I mean, Pulev's only notable win over the last 4 years is over Chisora, Pov already KTFO'd Parker's top opponent, and Pov hasn't recently scraped by with a debatable MD over Ruiz level opposition.

The Heavyweight Top 10 is wide open to shakeups. Nobody has a tight hold on their ranking and one or two noteworthy victories even by people outside of the Top 10 could easily find them in the mix ahead of guys.
All any of these dudes have to do is be more active and fight some noteworthy opponents.
