Well done Frank. I like him, always have, the guy's a class act. He gets a lot of stick and I've no doubt that negotiating terms with him would be hard work but on balance he does a lot for British boxing and he stands up for what's right.

Board have now ruled in his favour on all of the issues raised in the breach of contract case. Smigga already lost in Court against him when they tried to change venue, they wanted it heard in the County/High Court, but the contracts says all disputes to be handled by the Board of Control, the Court ruled against him and he was ordered to pay £48k costs to Frank, plus his own legal fees.

So x2 high profile boxers left for matchroom and been spanked

Surely matchroom should go over legal work and also the boxers themselves (who can be excused as get punched in face for living)

Really not a good look is it ,, If you were a top ameteur about to turn over , when he came a courting , promising the world and all its money ,, You really would have to look at things and think , How many have been screwed out of money , how many have been sued , how many have had carreers put on hold, till litigation has finished .
