Thanks Loki, you said it all for me.Loki wrote:Great man and a Great Champion. I'm glad he's retired, nothing left to prove and he'd never have lost to Fury and AJ a few years back.
On aside note, all you fucktards who are bashing him, what have you achieved in the ring and given to the sport.
Show some dignity and respect.
Definitely don't believe that.Badhusker wrote:Believe it or not, Joshua is probably breathing a sigh of relief....which says a lot about old Wlad.
Exactly this and even AJ doesn't seem to like a fight against Ortiz.Loki wrote:Jip wrote:Finaly he is gone.
Great - now we can look forward (apart from AJ) to all the HWs ducking each other.
At least Wlad had balls to fight. I only see AJ, Parker and Ortiz as HWs who really do want to fight competitive bouts.
Father Time and a Baby catches up with every sportsperson. I disagree, I think the second fight would be even or just as close.gilgamesh wrote:Smart choice. The rematch wasn't necessary, and it's highly unlikely it would've been as good as the 1st bout.

A top 20 heavyweight for sure.x2x wrote:tiny_acres wrote:I'm sorry but I laughed so hard at this that I spit my drink outx2x wrote:THE greatest heavyweight ever, except for his brother Vitali who was even better. I am happy for you. I always enjoy making fools laugh. They have so little joy in their lives.

Experience can definitely make your "fighting brain" or "Ring IQ" expand. He's still young, and will still develop a lot of experience. Hell his last fight with Wlad taught him A LOT I'm sure. It'll likely be a while before he's pushed that hard again, but that fight at least let him know what he's capable of.Loki wrote:Father Time and a Baby catches up with every sportsperson. I just hope AJ cleans up. Not sure his fighting brain is as good as Klitschkos though, but he's young.
I agree. Let's hope he becomes undisputed.gilgamesh wrote:Experience can definitely make your "fighting brain" or "Ring IQ" expand. He's still young, and will still develop a lot of experience. I think history will rate him very high amongst the ATG.tiny_acres wrote:A definite top 20 all time heavyweight
Echo this entirely , might have used a few old pros tricks in the ring , but out of it a really class act .Noxy wrote:I was always a fan of Wlad. A great fighter and classy bloke. He left on a high as well. Nice one Wlad!

TinyAcres, you have to understand in x2x's world, Joe Louis, Hank Aaron, and Muhammad Ali have never existed. The why of that people are going to have to figure out by themselves.
By no means was I trying to insult you.x2x wrote:Tony1244 wrote:x2x wrote:

Anyway, for years Wlad rarely even lost a round, or even got his hair mussed. Unique and amazing phenominon, both brothers so totally dominant. Here you see fools typing their foolish little irrelevant and nonsensical insults. Means nothing.

I honestly find Lead to be in the top 20 of all time heavyweights. Probably around 15 in my estimation.
I just find it strange that anyone would have him first.
Not insulting you or Wladamir.
I do not rate him that high and no one else I've talked to rates them even close to the top. But opinions vary
