If he don't fight it's because he ain't fighting, not because people don't wanna see him. Lots of Boxing fans want to see Danny Jacobs fight again.
You don't get it. It's the push from the fans.
And before the cancer thing, Jacobs used to get shit on here.
He was a complete afterthought, even after he beat Quillin.

I had Maidana beating Floyd close. I had GGG beating Jacobs. So, I disagree.
I wouldn't mind seeing a GGG/Jacobs rematch at all.
I believe a lot of the work Maidana did illegally in that fight benefited the smaller amount of good work he did, his jab was good but he really took about 5 rounds max. I thought 115-112 GGG was the right score against DJ, the bombs Gennady walked through was impressive. DJ can crack.
So you should understand what I'm saying. If GGG was always losing 5 rounds, I'd be like whatever.
But GGG has been dominating everyone in a way you don't normally see. It's special.
How could you not want to see him challenged? If you want Canelo, fine. People are stupid for celebrity.
But when "real" fans are clamoring for BJS over Jacobs, it's stupid. Imo
What's stupid about it? Jacobs' Middleweight resume is pretty thin. He has TWO names on his resume. GGG and Peter Quillin. He's 1-1 against them. Is it unreasonable to want to see him get a winning record against name fighters?
Lemieux, Saunders, Charlo, GGG again, Canelo, Derevyanchenko...any of those guys would be good opponents for Jacobs. Instead he's probably gonna sit around on the shelf fighting his own inactivity. It's the PBC way.

Inactivity can hurt as hell.
It sucks, not quite as much as your post but it sucks all the same.

Isn't Danny Jacobs scheduled to headline a PBC fight card against an unspecified opponent on the 14th October?
Why didn't you bother to check this prior to creating this thread?
No, he is not.

Yup, Instead of fighting each other to build up their names , these guys are hoping they would hit the lottery by fighting GGG/Canelo winner. They should know that GGG-Canelo winner will call the shots with or without the titles on the line.

Well, if they don't get their shot at the winner they will get a shot at a vacated belt.

I quoted an article published on the 1st August that quoted Danny Jacobs' very own words.
If he doesn't fight on that exact date, his proposed bout will be staged shortly afterwards.
Do you need evidence of this? Google it and you'll surely appreciate the justification for my claim.
Please please please try to challenge me on this.

Absolutely, a trinket they all crave as much as GGG did.

Yes but GGG has almost all of them.
These trinkets means nothing unless you have all of them.

They still don't mean much because one of the title orgs always inevitably finds some reason or another to "strip" you of your title. Undisputed Champions don't last in this sport. They can't. It's not even possible.

Yes, but GGG started with one and had accomplished nothing when he got it. Doesn't being a hypocrite bother you?

He has THREE names on his resume: Pirog, Quillin and GGG, and he is 1-2 against them.

Because he was avoided like plague by Sturm, Martinez and Quillin at that time but he took the hard way, beat Proksa, Macklin, Rubio, Geale, Stevens , Murray and Monroe Jr to get Lemieux, Jacobs and now Canelo.

GGG pretty much cleaned out the mw division at that time to fight Canelo.
