You need a mechanism to get rid of draws and make sure there's a decision... Cuz you have instant elimination... But you don't need 4 judges... Who ever won the 12th round of the draw wins the fight. The chance that the 12th will be called a draw by 2 judges is remote, but then you go to the 11th round.

I disagree with this, why is the 12th round more important than the 1st or 4th rounds for example.

The system with another judge whose scores are only used in the case of a draw after the first three judges return a draw is a much better option in my opinion.
