I am now rooting for Billy Joe Toliver and glad he's winning. But I like how Monroe handled that situation!

Close, boring fight. Saunders probably up a round on my card. In other words Monroe needs a KO he's not getting.

Saunders up at least 2 rounds. No drama in these cards. Does Monroe not realize where he's fighting? Far too inactive.

Monroe didn't come to fight. He showed some slick moves moves that probably look cool in the mirror. Wow he can move his body and do fancy rolls. Wow he can throw a leaping hook. Overall it was all ineffective and he couldn't hardly land on him and Saunder's was coming at him so forget the fancyness, start throwing punches. Saunders boxed circles around a stationary target outworking him, out jabbing him, landing the harder shots. No real desperation for Monroe and this was for a world title so I believe he doesnt have it in him period.

He landed the jab regularly on BJS when he actually threw did. His biggest problem was his shit output..

He wouldn't commit to anything. It felt at times like he was there as an opponent rather than a title challenger. Very disappointing.

Yea a few jabs landed ok although it was a "stay away from me" flicking jab. Not to set anything up, just a one shot. When he did try to mount an offensive (which was rarely) BJS was just to slick for him, making him miss then he just stopped trying. Didn't look like someone with any desire to fight for a title. Anyway whatever, I'm just watching behind a computer screen, Monroe would kick my ass. Lol.

I thought he was landing about every other jab he threw, and he cracked BJS a few times in the 7th and last two. No doubt a crappy non-perfomance, but I wouldnt really say he got a boxing lesson. I felt he couldve made it close if he was comitting..

He didn't get a lesson at all. He just didn't seem to be in there trying to win a world title. He won't get a much better opportunity than this.
