shame on u if u've boxed and said no. any average club amateur should easily beat a guy with no experence even if hes a good athlete.

He will be far far better naturally co-ordinated than me as he was an elite sportsman and fitter. I' do a bit of boxing training And fought amateur. I haven't had a fight in 5 years but had the odd spar. I reckon I'd smash him after a few months training. I'd be shocked if I didn't. We'd be about the same Weight as well.

He will have top notch facilities , training, nutrition etc etc

Basing my opinion on that small clip of him hitting the pads, Im pretty sure I'd smash the granny out of him and I'm a light welter.

I'd need 5 months to get ready but would happily co promote as part of my 62nd birthday celebrations

70 amateur bouts lost zero if you don't count the 30 or so times the judges left their specs at home

Ive boxed amatuer. 25 years ago. He's trained every day since.

I couldn't. But Vidic and Stam could.

With one hand! And they wouldn't give me a license anymore.

Yeah but I bet throwing a punch is still a natural movement for you, it will take Rios body years to feel comfortable with all the necessary movements needed especially the feet
